The pursuit of a petty thief leads the turtles to a pair of teenage twin girls, down on their luck. After uncovering a mysterious new foe, the boys find that their new friends may hold the key to the take down of of the greatest threat NYC has ever seen. But will unplanned feelings fall in the way of their ultimate mission, or will the fate of the city, and possibly the world, stay the main priority?
