Evan was the product of drunken sex by a wealthy divorced video CEO and a renowned healer. A week later, Evan's father left to go back to his wife. For four years, the youngest Gaunt grew up fatherless and bitter. Slowly, Tom's mental state dwindled. Four years later, Tom killed his older sister in the middle of the night. CPS sent young Evan to his father, Johnny Rose, and Johnny didn't want him.
