Our Beating Hearts

Day dreaming is a beautiful but harmful escape from reality. It sparks joy but leaves you with scars, has your heart pounding but your heart ever so fragile that it shatters. Day dreaming is art, you paint bewitching visions in your head almost heavenly, lacing through your mind. The pain. The hurtfulness. The Emptiness. How much longer do we have to day dream until we realise its all fabricated by ourselves? When will we crumble to our own imaginations?
