Preface

Savitha Krishnamurthy has not had a say in anything, absolutely anything that's happened in her life so far. Born and brought up in a small town in conservative Pammal, Savitha's life had already been planned by her parents according to way the society functions the day she opened her sparkling black eyes. Until now, Savitha has swayed to all their fancies, but after one heart wrenching incident on her 24th birthday, something shifts inside her.

But the question is, will she act upon it? Will she nurse the wings, snapped by the her parents and the society ? Most of all, will she be strong enough to fly?
