Chapter One: Mandy

After a brain-eating virus breakout.The Bounded virus gave the kids powers and killing the elderly. After some of the teens find out that the regime is taking people from each section for experimenting and army use.They find a way to break out and figure out what the regime is up to.The three main categories of powers being broken up into sections. It makes it harder for the teens to find each other.Once they do,they form a plan to take down the regime and help the remainder of the people stuck in the sections.
