He ran as fast as he could,

But not fast enough.

The prince was cornered. Everywhere looked there was a guard. He slowly turned to the head guard,

"You've got nowhere to run your majesty. Why don't we go back to the throne room and talk about this with your parents, I'm sure we can work something out."

He didn't want it to come to this.

Lowering the glasses covering his eyes, he muttered a quiet, "Let me go"

He heard the sound of metal colliding with stone as he backed out of the final door blocking him from freedom.

"Typical..." he said, putting the glasses back on.
