Description
"I fall upon the thorns of life! I bleed!" - Percy Bysshe Shelley ("Ode to the West Wind") The waves of truth in the storming ocean of life always brings upon us the challenging sharks of shallow depth, sometimes the deep chasm less troubles. Each day is a challenge to survive, to know the mortality of being, trapped in the beaming force of present and future. We wish to be lifted, but falls miserably "upon the thorns of life." As we try hard to overcome the banality of human experience, gravity is something that cannot ever be avoided. Thus the herculean force of fate makes it impossible for us to avoid the thorns that have been destined in our paths. "I feel like I haven't lived my life as I should have. It's like now I know each second are precious". "I think I know what you mean" "You do?" "Yes", Bob said coming closer to Alice. So close as if he intended to steal her personal space. She wanted to move but couldn't, her tongue felt uncomfortably dry, but she managed to say "what do think I mean then?" She couldn't help but look at his lips occasionally. Hiding a smile, Bob answer, "I think it would be better if I show you". .... All Rights Reserved Copyright © 2021 Zlirilztrom
