Edwin is a terribly sick 6 year old boy who has to stay in the hospital but is still is a curious child and filled with adventure. He doesn't really have family and doesn't know why. He then talks to the other patients but doesn't talk to him..but one.

Mia, a 16 year old girl, staying in room 203 who is suffering threw lung cancer. She's loving, curious, adventurous and filled with acceptance.

Her and Edwin become best friends and learn about a lot of things. They start a journey together with tuff choices, sad sacrifices and..sadly..death..
