Jackson, a dying child, has one last wish before he goes; meet the infamous Cliff Burton. Unable to do anything more medically for him, Augest Rose, a pediatric oncolgogist, writes to Mr Burton not expecting a response. however, events take a turn when the man himself shows up, lighting up Jackson's world before he leaves. However, Cliff begins to bond with Jackson after daily visits, troubled with the reality of Jackson's condition, and we can't forget the way the smart, red headed surgeon catches his attention, who is battling demons of her own.
