Its only been a year since Kareem and Deuce realized that their love for one was real but wasn't at the right time; however things been on the upswing for everyone. Kareem is entering another year interning at the hospital after passing his boards, while enjoying the personal time of a relationship with a very determined Detective Dallas. Deuce is focusing on CartierCorp keeping face while he runs an entire drug enterprise right under the surface.
