Preface

Life is like a roller coaster. Full of ups and downs, twists and turns. It can be pretty scary at times, but exhilarating at others. Unless you're like me; then its' scary all the time. But I've gotten used to this roller coaster, and the journey is becoming familiar. A pattern. I no longer scream at sharp plummets or squeeze my eyes shut at loops. Which is why this next turn rocks me off my feet. "I wasn't ready" doesn't even begin to cover it. My name is Jessica King And I am the daughter of the sea god.
