Akiya Kirika didn't have any family. At least until she met 16 year old Kojiro Shinomiya, who took her in and cared for her as though she were his sister. From the age of 3 to the age of 10, Akiya was trained and raised by the tsundere chef. She would have stayed, but, when a long lost family member who lives in the States comes to Japan to claim her, she is torn away from the only family she'd even known and forced to move. At the age of 15, Akiya makes her way back to Japan. But this time, it's to compete. Compete at the best and most competitive Culinary school in the world. Otherwise known as, Totsuki Academy. Having trained hard in America, learning many different types of Cuisine, Akiya is ready to fight and take the top spot. Little does she know, she would reunite with the one person that made it possible for her to have a future.
