Set in The Walking Dead universe, 8th grader Ross Bard lives on the walker infested streets. Despite his age he has a alcohol problem. He wanders through America, state by state using whatever he can find to fight.

But a vaccination and rescue happens in New York City. Ross and others must fight their way to New York.
