A/N: Plz Read!!!

When Izuku Midoriya was 7, he was diagnosed with Lung Cancer & he had surgery at age 10. Now 10 years later, the cancer has returned. Izuku has to lean on Katsuki to explain his past & that he is going to die.
Note: Katsuki never bullied Izuku. Everything else was as in the manga/anime.
