The stakes are high for Ira Lagear. Having lost more than just her eye in a tragic event from her past, she must learn to adapt to the cruel world. She's not alone, though. Elijah Vixen, a rival from her academy days, is thrust into her life once more. Old, repressed feelings begin to spill, from both sides. Though the world might be harrowing, it strengthens the bonds between friends and maybe, Ira and Elijah can learn how to trust again.
