But the thing is, they always knew they were... different.
Especially Sky.
All of them know it.
And it terrifies them.
Like the day after a full moon they didn't remember what had happened then that night.
Their not your average teenagers when you look at them close enough.
Their senses are stronger and greater than the average persons.
Their also stronger, faster, tougher... better.
They know it's not normal.
They all just ignore it, too scared to face the truth of their realities.
But one day that changed.
They couldn't keep ignoring it.
To keep pretending it was all fine.
They had to step up to their places.
Their destinies.
They learn secrets they never cared to know, that they didn't wish to know.
They learn the truth to the lies they'd been told all their lives.
Some would consider it a blessing.
They considered it a curse.
A evil, cruel curse they didn't ask for.
But no matter what they thought, the prophecies had to be fulfilled.
They had to.

There was a legend.
A legend older than a million years.
The one all the unknown of held close.
The unknown, hidden to the world, only known by one another.
And hunters of course.
Their savior, the legend claims.
The legend of the Black-Eyed Wolf.
The most powerful wolf that shall ever live.
The one to lead them and unite them as one, once more.
The bring back peace lost years beyond imaginable.
They didn't want this, but they need to do it.
For the sake of billions of lives.
Hell, maybe even the whole world.
It's up to them to keep everyone safe.
The barrier between the supernatural and humans.
The guardians of all life.
The 8 of them.
The fearless.
The Dauntless, as they call themselves.
