Where am I?

Since Netflix won't give us a season 2, I made one myself (Based on the characters from Julie and the Phantoms) Sam doesn't know where she is or how she got there, but she knows who's singing the song she hears. How did Sam make it to 2020 with her 3 friends from 1995?
