Aliope is the granddaughter of Caliope-the muse of Epic Poetry. She is on the run from Aaron, the "Collector" of rare and powerful creatures. Aaron wants to cage Aliope "Ali" and use her powers to make himself rich. Ali travels town to town in an attempt to escape until she lands in Silver Springs. Silver Springs is supernatural friendly and so inviting that Ali feels safe. While hiding out, Ali meets a basilisk, a centaur, and a thunderbird spirit. Can they help keep Ali safe while vying for her love?
