The former anarchists and exiles have taken their rightful places as rulers and members of L'manburg. That is, until, a group of people begin to surface. They decide they've been pushed to the side one too many times, and band together to take down L'manburg and the SMP, at any means necessary. Two unexpected friends resurface to aid L'manburg in finding these people and taking them down. Will they be successful?
