Most of the so called superheroes are just popular celebrities in tights and capes and masks, and also their own unique super power, and rarely ever stop real crime, Much like the Supes from The Boys. And just like many celebrities, they allow popularity and fame go to their head, and because of that crime rates have been higher than they have been, granted their are a few crime lords who live in fear of the superheroes and go into hiding off the grid. That's why their was a sudden spark in news reports about you, a nocturnal vigilante who silently sneaks around unnoticed and uncaught by the law, getting rid of the trash in this world one bullet at a time. Since you aren't a hero implored by the city state government like the others, all other heroes and villains alike view you as a vigilante who must be stopped.
