Prologue

I've begun flirting with my best friend these days. Nothing to deep, compliments, light touching, flirty phrasing, textbook flirting. Though a bit embarrassing it's started to make me happy when he gets flustered. It's seeing an other side of him that I never thought existed.

You might be thinking, "Emma, you might fall in love." And while that always happens in fiction, rarely in real life so I'm not too worried.

At least I wasn't at first.
