I blinked, taken aback by the question. "What do I think?" I emphasized the word, trying to gauge where this was coming from. "Does it matter what I think of them?" I turned to look at her, trying to read her expression. She sighed, her breath visible in the cold air. "I suppose it does. Everyone deserves a second chance, don't you think?
