What if Isobel never gave Elena away?

In this story Alaric and Isobel raise Elena. What happens when they want to take Elena back home, to Mystic Falls? In this alternate reality Elena didn't grow up in Mystic Falls. How will she react seeing everyone, that she never even knew?

There is a little Tylena (Tyler and Elena) and Malena (Matt and Elena) in the beginning but it switches to Delena, Stelena, or Tylena. Endgame is undecided.
