After the Smith kids move in with their grandparents a few days before Halloween because of their parents overwhelming jobs that force them to change school way to much, things in Delta city become more weird then the should as mysterious changes start happening to most of the teens in the area.

A story about 15 kids, most of which are orphans and how they believe that halloween is a day to celebrate and embrace what you want to be when they realise that they now posses some types of superpowers. They decide to work together to solve a mystery of their town that somehow involves the Smiths, a family that just moved there.
