Prologue

The Phoenix has always been the world's guardian from any peril be it a natural disaster or evil supernatural forces ever since it was summoned a thousand years ago.
Ever since she was a child, Charlotte Drizzle has been aware she is different. But to what extent, she didn't bother asking. All she knows is she has an inhuman ability to create fire, she is being watched by mysterious men, and they may be the reason why her mother is missing.
She struggled to live her life as normal as she could, until the truth of her existence comes to haunt her. And she must decide whether to live up to the prophecy or change it with her own hands.
