Prologue

Valorie Weston loses her best friend one night when they play chicken on the train tracks a little longer than they should have. Years later, a new girl is introduced into Val's life, and she seems strangely familiar to Valorie. With this new girl in her life, Valorie's entire world turns upside down, including her beliefs on love and life. Maybe some things are meant to happen.
