When there is a assembly that has the teachers scared no one cares. Katherine Burns soon learns that the government is doing an experiment that will determine how children are born. This experiment is to get all of the girls pregnant by the boys in a bunch of high schools across the U.S.
Everything gets worse when she's paired up with Leo, the school's prankster, the guy that everything is a joke to him.
