[ Prologue ]

My life is a mess. I have a lost boyfriend, a boss who's feelings for me are mixed, and a long-lost friend who's in love with me. Oh, and Gabe, my boyfriend, sent me a note saying he's dying on my birthday. Talk about bad luck.

So now, I have to risk everything I have to find him, because even if he is alive, he's dying. I need to find him NOW.
