Explanation of some things

Ezio auditore(at the time of let's say brotherhood, a few days after the end of the game)has found a strange device in what he believes to be a temple of those who came before, little does he know in reality that it is gem technology, the device sends him hundreds of years into the future and lands him directly in 1980s beach city. He meets four peculiar beings that could help him return home.
