principal Nezu asks midoriya to come to his office. there he says that he has to help hatsume with her new invention to test it out and izuku says yes to this. and is send back in time by accident, like 45 years back into past( i think all might was 16 when nana died and he is now 49, so that is 33 years. and nana was 28 so + 12 years is in total 45 years. nana and Sarohiko will be in there first year at ua. and izuku will already have blackwhip because it happens after culture festival). also the sixth user past away already and Shigaraki will not be nana,s grandson because she is going to date izuku.
