The Lower Sector, formally the United States, is infested with organized crime in the year 2044.

Arkin is a war orphan, who escaped from across the seas when he was merely a teenager years ago and found his place as a gunman for various companies, while N works for a branch of the black market, dealing with the supply of organs to clients.

Two sides of the same coin. Killers. Cold blooded. Maybe even too far gone.
