To do so, he journeys back to the past and while trying to walk down the path he's presented with, Kieru struggles to see the reasons why he has to do so, after witnessing first hand the cruelty mankind had to offer and their inhumane actions. He questions if the world really deserves a second chance or a future to begin with. After all, he has his own mission to fulfill and that's to find out who or what he is. In his journeys, Kieru becomes plagued with blackouts as a result of a serious medical condition. He also discovers he shares a body with 4 others.
