This happens 10 years after the T.O.P when Omni king was bored bored he decided to call Goku. Goku does go to Zeno's palace because if he does go because he knows that Zeno has something important for him, He arrives at Zeno's palace and is greeted by the Grand Priest Goku the followed him to the Zeno when he arrived Zeno told him that he will become the Omni king and work with him to maintain the universe intact (1- 13 do to the fact that the super dragon balls wished the universes that were destroyed by Zeno not his ancestor) as Goku accepts (do to the fact that he will become super powerful and he likes Zeno).
