John robert bell has been feuding with thatveganteacher forever but he finally got pissed after a girl explained to her that she cant go vegan because shes on a feeding tube and the thing keeping her alive has dairy in it as Karen harasses her, john eventually has enough and flies mackenzie out to live with him so he can take care of her
