Chapter One: The Tragedy

It was a true tragedy. It happened so fast. How could anyone prepare themselves for such a traumatic event? The night Sodapop Curtis's parents died, his life came to a crashing hault. He cannot cope with this sudden, devastating event and starts to sink into a deep depression. Life sure is cruel on Sodapop Curtis.
