1: Who is Sugar?

This story is about a girl, Sugar Wilkins who is 17 years old and is super excited to go to senior high school. She has no interest in dating because of her past experience but her intentions change after she meets her new classmate. When he confesses his feelings, she denies; when she grows affectionate towards him, he becomes oblivious. Is it really one sided love or is it that they don't want to build the bridge?
