Y/N has had a thing for Hotch since her first interview with him. He's married, though, and hasn't thought of her as anything more than a subordinate. Dr. Reid has strong also feelings for Y/N, but is constantly rejected.
While juggling Spencer's advances and work in the BAU, Y/N continues to peruse the married man that she can't resist.
