Kim Seokjin was walking past a hybrid shelter that he knew wasn't a very good one. They didn't take care of their hybrids and when one escaped,
they didnt go after them. They let them run free knowing they wouldn't be able to care for themselves and would come back begging to be taken back into the shelter. They never let any of them back in unless they were a rare hybrid they couldn't find anywhere else. Min Yoongi was one of those rare hybrids that nobody else had.

Min Yoongi was born in a hybrid shelter. His poor mother, a red fox, had been abused so many times before she had given birth to him and died only a few minutes after. Yoongi grew up in the shelter, being abused by his father, one of the staff members, his whole life. They didn't care that he was a rare hybrid, a mint green fox. They abused him as they did the others only he was abused in worse ways. His father sexually, physically, mentally, and emotionally abused him. He raped him multiple times a week, hit him, whipped him, screamed at him, called his worthless and pathetic, and when he would switch to his animal form, he would be thrown across the room or picked up by his ears or neck. He had escaped multiple times but always came back because he couldn't survive in the wild with his color. He had escaped for the last time and told himself he wouldn't go back...
