BELIFT is a collab company between BigHit Entertainment and CJ ENM. They got created through the survival show called 'I-LAND'. The show started on June 26, 2020 and ended on September 18, 2020 (I-LAND Part 1 AND Part 2). The show started with 23 trainees. Inspired by the 'hyphen' (-) symbol that connects different words together to create a new meaning, the name ENHYPEN stands for seven boys who overcome boundaries to join and grow together and dream bigger. The seven lights that were shining individually discovered each other and grow together. And they transcend each other's limits and are born as a united whole. ENHYPEN signifies how hyphen connects a word with another word to create a new meaning. Members of ENHYPEN will connect, discover each other and grow together.
