Bell, Wakana, and Otoha travel to New Orleans to perform a Prism Show at the Mardi Gras festival. But things get out of hand when Bell gets turned into a frog by a voodoo man. With some new friends, they travel across the bayou hoping to break the spell that was placed on Bell and the prince of Maldonia, Naveen.
