After the events with momoshiki Sasuke Uchiha used his rinnegan to transport them all back to the hidden leaf. His eye messed up making him appear somewhere else better yet a different dimension. The world is different and his chakra is depleted he keeps a low profile in this new world. Little did he know he wasn't alone in this world that knew about chakra.
