I always had an idea in my head as to who I was as a person. And though it changed through the years, it was usually the same idea at it's core. When quarantine started I decided it was time to go on a spiritual journey to see just who I am. During the process I had to go back through years of depression, anxiety, trauma, repressed memories, and many many other emotions. Working through them and finding inner peace has introduced me to who I truly am. And I've never been happier. I hope this might help you on your journey, and if you don't go on the journey yourself I hope you enjoy reading about my story!
