Kim Yuna, a girl who really likes to perform infront of many people, but had to go on a hiatus because of an accident. She had always dreamed on performing at the city hall, so she decieded to make a comeback at a festival with her twin, Kim Sunwoo. What she didn't expect was what happend after the festival. NEO CITY, a city that's taken care by a group of council called NCT. Every member of the council each have their own sub-unit and their own District to be taken care of. District 127 - handled by NCT 127 - the district's speciality: most of the businesses are done here District Dream - handled by NCT Dream - the district's speciality: the ammusement park and their food stalls District Vision - handled by WayV - the district's speciality: their unique performances that's usually a mixed of traditional and modern District U - handled by the whole NCT - the district's speciality: the center of NEO CITY where most of the visitors from the outside will go to.
