Kaida is the younger sister to Sokka and older sister to Katara and they both are waterbenders.

As a prisoner and broken once again she doesn't feel like she can ever get a break but she can't stop from believing the fortune.
All she wants is to take down the Fire Lord so Zuko can change the Fire Nation for the best, whether that included her or not, only time would tell.
