Fled the dreadful coffee shop and the most beautiful man she ever laid her eyes on. ~ The popular star-studded actor cum singer, Martha Reed was an exquisite model and social media influencer who had it all - riches, fame, the perfect boyfriend, doting parents, and fans that went crazy for her. But when she fled the noise of the Palm Springs to a small town in Texas, she didn't see herself relating with or even being interested in a deaf writer who ran a coffee shop by day and wrote at night. So why did she feel tongue-tied and nervous around him? And why was she getting endeared to him, especially after hearing his sad story of how he lost his hearing? And why was she bothered when he told her no one could love him, and most importantly, why the hell was she trying to find out the art of loving him? ~ Michael Drayton just wants peace and quiet, and he got it the hard way when he lost his hearing and everything he had in a tragic event and now that he'd got it, albeit tragically, he decided to make use of his situation to have a peaceful and quiet life and most importantly, the space to write - a talent he'd ignored for far too long, so he surely didn't need the trouble that came with meeting a famous singer in his small coffee shop. He also didn't want anything to do with the rich and the media. He just wanted peace.
