Chapter 1: Escape

Sentient Nomu 08 (SN08), escaped the League of Villains. He accidentally becomes a vigilante called Yamikumo after saving some people in broad daylight. So the media has a field day, Eraser and Naomasa get headaches, a certain winged hero gets a new pal, and many lives are changed. Woo.
