Rhea is a sixteen year-old scout for the Avengers, and has been since she was thirteen. When she was called on a mission to scout out Team Cap, she was eager to bring them in; convinced they were criminals. But what happens when she actually gets to know them? Will she follow orders, and report back to Tony, or will she instead accompany her new friends and even help them win their fight?
