Vito Grimaldi, an eighteen-year-old student, saw his family through rose-coloured glasses. The image got quickly shattered after he learns of his father's secrets; his entanglement with the mafia and his illicit affair.

Enzo Grimaldi, a twenty-one-year-old, tries his hand at doing no-so-honest work to quickly pay off his father's loan. Soon enough, he gets sucked into the wonders of the mob life and tries to hide it from his family and Camila, the love of his life, as he is afraid they will reject him.
