Amane Yugi, A 19 year old college student, Is studying hard to become an astronaut, Had been having trouble focusing on his studies because his twin brother, Tsukasa yugi, Had been bugging him about a new professor at their school.

A new professor has found a job at Kamome academy. A 24 year old woman(daikon) named Yashiro Nene, Had been hired to be a science professor to replace a oldened soul who is fond of spiders.
