Simply a book of thoughts that one would never think to act on. Caution to those who have a dark past involving self harm, mutalation, or suicidal thoughts/attempts, eating disorders, history of being assulted, etc. This is a look into the darkest corners of my mind and some of my daily thoughts. Call this a journal of sorts if you must.
